Just had my 2nd vehicle tinted by Quality Custom Window Tinting, as always they did an outstanding job, fast, friendly and professional. Very reasonable prices and they stand behind their work, I highly recommend them and I won't use anyone else.

Staff was courteous and very knowledgeable. Tint was done in a timely manner. Very professional. Update: I know have all three vehicles tinted. The owner listens and makes great suggestions. If I get another vehicle I will go back!!

I don't usually write reviews, but I felt this experience deserved one.

I brought my brand new Honda Odyssey to A Quality Custom Window Tinting for window tinting, and an unexpected issue came up during the installation process. While it was disappointing, what happened afterward is exactly why I'm leaving a 5-star review.

The owner, Gary, called me personally, explained the situation, and assured me they would make everything right. There was no arguing, no excuses, and I never had to fight for a resolution.

They went above and beyond to restore my vehicle to its original condition by replacing the affected glass with OEM parts, having the windshield professionally recalibrated, and even providing me with a vehicle while my van was being repaired. Throughout the entire process, Gary kept me informed and made sure everything was handled professionally.

Anyone can encounter an unexpected issue. While it was a very frustrating situation, they made it right. I didn't have to get mad, argue, or stomp my feet to get my vehicle returned to me in the condition that was expected. What truly sets a business apart is how they respond, and Gary and his team exceeded every expectation. Their honesty, communication, professionalism, and commitment to standing behind their work made me a lifelong customer.

It's rare to find a business that cares this much about its customers. Because of the way Gary handled everything from start to finish, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for quality work from a company with outstanding integrity and customer service.

Quality is in their name, and they absolutely meet and exceed this standard! Gary and the team are experts and ensure they exceed your expectations.
